Prepare participants for appointments, set up exam rooms, and document history
Measure and record vital signs during pre-exam checks
Perform procedures such as dressing changes and suture removals under physician supervision
Collect and prepare lab specimens; sterilize equipment
Maintain logs and stock/sanitize exam rooms

🎯 Requirements

Certification by a state-approved Medical Assistant certification
Two years of MA experience with frail/elderly patients
Two-year degree program in medical assisting
Phlebotomy experience required
Reliable means of transportation
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; preferred on hire
