📋 Description

• Provide clients with information on Medicaid eligibility and benefits.
• Monitor Medicaid renewal process to avoid coverage lapses.
• Update patient records in Salesforce to reflect current Medicaid status.
• Conduct client education on Medicaid programs and Colorado spenddown.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, caregivers, and providers about coverage.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve Medicaid coverage issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or social services.
• Experience in client support, case management, or benefits coordination.
• 2+ years understanding Medicaid eligibility and Colorado application process.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using case management software and other relevant technology.
