Develop a repository for Medicaid regulations, guidance, and interpretation.
Perform gap analysis for new states where contracts are established.
Communicate with state Medicaid departments and build rapport.
Partner with Growth & Commercial Strategy teams to engage Medicaid Health Plans.
Participate in state Medicaid audits, inspections, and surveys; provide audit readiness guidance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
0-3 years in Medicaid/healthcare/behavioral health preferred
Experience dealing with multiple internal and external customers
Excellent verbal and written communication
Outstanding organizational and time management skills; detail oriented
Self-starter with ownership of projects and executing with minimal supervision
