🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in high-volume broadcast/post-prod; strong MAM (Iconik preferred).
- Strong shared storage, workflows, and transcoding (FFMPEG, Vantage); cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiar with AI tech to automate broadcast workflows.
- Multi-OS admin and scripting (Python, JSON) to automate tasks.
- Proactive, balancing long-term planning with live production needs.
- Bridge tech complexity and creative needs; communicate with engineers and stakeholders.
