🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Video/Media Production or related field preferred.
- 3–6 years in video production, post-production, or media systems support.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder.
- Post-production workflows: ingest, editing, transcoding, delivery.
- Cloud storage familiarity (AWS/S3) and basic system administration.
- Strong organization and communication for tech and non-tech users.
