🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in media planning, digital marketing, or growth marketing; some offline exposure (TV/CTV/Audio/Podcasts).
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Analytical with strong Excel; ability to build dashboards and spot trends.
  • Interest in media measurement and attribution; eager to learn.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; manage multiple campaigns and vendors and flag issues early.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; take ownership of discrete projects.
