π― Requirements
- 2-4 years in media planning, digital marketing, or growth marketing; some offline exposure (TV/CTV/Audio/Podcasts).
- Advanced English skills.
- Analytical with strong Excel; ability to build dashboards and spot trends.
- Interest in media measurement and attribution; eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented and organized; manage multiple campaigns and vendors and flag issues early.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; take ownership of discrete projects.
