Own and scale Lemonade’s affiliate and media partner platforms (Everflow, Cellxpert).
Lead cross-system integrations with CRM (HubSpot), data warehouse, tracking, and finance.
Design tracking, attribution, campaigns, segmentation, permissions, and commission logic.
Own reconciliation and partner payments in collaboration with Finance.
Build analytics dashboards with BI to identify trends and opportunities.
Design and manage the full partner lifecycle with self-serve onboarding.
Develop partner enablement infrastructure and knowledge bases.
Drive scalability using AI and automation to reduce manual work.
Coordinate with Product, Finance, Legal, and Data on terms and policies.
