📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end paid media strategy across channels (Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Roku)
  • Develop media plans, testing roadmap, and creative priorities for awareness to conversion
  • Manage day-to-day optimizations to improve efficiency and scale effective channels
  • Track media targets and coordinate with paid media agency for alignment
  • Contribute to attribution modeling and measurement frameworks
  • Manage monthly budgets and allocations for forecasts

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or related field (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years in media management with multi-million-dollar budgets (DTC or B2B preferred)
  • Hands-on optimization of LinkedIn, Google, Meta; certifications a plus
  • Strong analytics; Looker and Google Analytics a plus
  • Experience with marketing attribution and conversion tracking
  • Growth-obsessed, always finding the next unlock
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder mgmt and communication
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
