🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or related field (or equivalent)
- 5+ years in media management with multi-million-dollar budgets (DTC or B2B preferred)
- Hands-on optimization of LinkedIn, Google, Meta; certifications a plus
- Strong analytics; Looker and Google Analytics a plus
- Experience with marketing attribution and conversion tracking
- Growth-obsessed, always finding the next unlock
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder mgmt and communication
