- Implement strategy, execution and optimization of programs in digital partnerships and programmatic.
- Develop and embed a digital strategy across the product portfolio; advise on investments.
- Manage campaigns across DSPs: planning, setup, optimization and reporting.
- Daily management and optimization of ad formats, audience targeting, PMP deals, reach and frequency.

π― Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing and executing programmatic campaigns.
- 2+ years of managerial experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven performance marketing experience.
- Proficiency with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, or Amazon Ad Platform.
- Experience with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, LTV) and their relationships.
- Strong analytical/reporting skills; MS Excel proficiency.
