- Assist strategy and optimization of paid media programs (TV, OTT, Audio, Direct Mail, OOH).
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners and media vendors.
- Monitor and validate program KPIs and performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports on share of voice, pacing, and rotations.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with SBK, DFS, Picks, Predicts, and F2P.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing media channels.
- 2+ years mentoring or leading people.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in performance marketing.
- Experience with CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC and LTV metrics.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
- Strong knowledge of the marketing landscape.
- Experience negotiating rates with advertising partners.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
