📋 Description

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, LSAs, YouTube) and Meta campaigns for leads.
  • Manage and analyze daily metrics (CPL, cost per lead, conversion rate, ROI).
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and optimize for lead quality and cost.
  • Maintain budget pacing, keywords, ad copy tests, targeting, and geo-optimizations for home service areas.
  • Ensure Home Services ad compliance; align creatives with industry and platform regulations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic) with home services lead-gen preferred.
  • Proven success managing performance-based campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, LSAs, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking (GTM, GA4).
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable using Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify data-driven insights for clients.
