Medi-Cal Specialist

📋 Description

• Support Medi-Cal eligibility and redetermination for participants
• Guide applicants through Medi-Cal enrollment and status follow-up
• Coordinate with Outreach & Enrollment and Health Plan teams
• Manage multiple Medi-Cal eligibility/redetermination applications
• Triage Medi-Cal status issues with center staff and agencies
• Conduct Medi-Cal eligibility events at Habitat Health Centers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Medi-Cal eligibility/redetermination with DPSS
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal rules, processes, and options
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
