📋 Description

• Support Medi-Cal eligibility and redetermination for participants.
• Assist prospective participants with Medi-Cal applications.
• Collaborate with Outreach & Enrollment and Health Plan teams.
• Triage Medi-Cal status issues affecting PACE eligibility.
• Gather and process Medi-Cal documentation and submissions.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years direct Medi-Cal eligibility and redetermination with DPSS.
• Experience gathering documentation for Medi-Cal applications.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal rules, processes, and redetermination options.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
