• Record Mastery: Deep familiarity with reviewing medical records and summarizing treatments.
• Billing Literacy: Understanding itemized statements, EOBs, insurance billing, and CPT codes.
• Meticulous Precision: Eye for detail; spot missing treatment gaps or anomalies.
• Cross-Disciplinary Communication: Translate medical/legal jargon for software engineers.
