Drive design and development of mechanical systems across Starship and Super Heavy.
Partner with avionics, power, and structures teams to deliver integrated, packaging-friendly systems.
Conduct design reviews with stakeholders and customers.
Manage on-site integration teams and apply feedback to designs.
Diagnose and operate vehicle mechanisms during ground tests and flight.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
1+ years experience designing, building or testing mechanical systems (competition or internship qualifies).
Experience with CAD tools: NX, CATIA, SolidWorks.
Experience designing/validating large metallic structures or mechanisms.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Design for rapid manufacturability, tests, weld joints, corrosion resistance, inspections.
