Define and prioritize full-funnel growth initiatives across portfolio.
Lead data-driven experiments across acquisition, lifecycle, retention, monetization.
Build scalable experimentation framework across multiple companies.
Work with portfolio CEOs, Growth, Product, Data teams.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate growth experimentation cycles.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years CRO and funnel experimentation in startups.
Proven track record moving core metrics via experiments.
Strong analytical mindset; translate data into insights.
Deep knowledge of A/B testing practices and significance.
Experience with A/B testing software (Convert preferred).
Experience with AI tools (Stitch, Lovable); Shopify/Webflow a plus.
