🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years in hands-on technical role or STEM associate degree
- 3+ years electro-mechanical/ mechanical assembly experience
- Proficient with PC, Windows and MS Office
- Ability to read layout/drawings, schematics, and parts lists
- Experience in electro-mechanical, precision, or high-volume manufacturing
- IPC and/or J-STD certification
