Mechanical Technical Assurance– Cosy (Octopus Trusted Partners)

📋 Description

• Book, coordinate and carry out health checks on OTP ASHP installations
• Assess compliance with mechanical standards and best practices (G3, water regs, MCS)
• Primary contact for OTP queries, escalations and aftercare
• Support mechanical safety/compliance escalations with timely resolution
• Collaborate with design engineers and Cosy team to resolve OTP requests end-to-end
• Provide feedback after health checks, highlighting risks and good practice

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical background with domestic heat pump install experience
• Knowledge of ASHP systems and heating controls, interface with electrical systems
• Experience with installation partners, subcontractors, or field teams in technical assurance
• Confident handling technical discussions, non-conformances, escalations
• Organised, pragmatic, solutions-focused with attention to detail
• Familiar with mechanical safety and quality procedures
