Design and integrate the complete fuel system for a hybrid-electric prototype aircraft
Own the fuel system architecture including tanks, pumps, valves, and lines
Layout fuel system in 3D CAD for routing and airframe integration
Interface with suppliers to select COTS fuel system components
Lead trade studies on weight, complexity, and reliability
Own prototype development: requirements, BOM, procurement, assembly, test, qualification

🎯 Requirements

5-15 years in aerospace mechanical/systems engineering
Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
Experience designing or integrating aircraft fuel or fluid systems
Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, NX, CATIA)
PLM experience (Teamcenter, Windchill)
Fluent in GD&T and installation drawings
