Support contract manufacturers with daily production issues and line improvements
Design, prototype, implement, and document fixtures for assembly/test
Develop manufacturing processes to increase yield and reduce cycle time
Collaborate with Cala and suppliers to deploy tooling and processes
Identify opportunities for automation or semi-automation
Support NPI/ramp incl. design transfer, validation, and travel

🎯 Requirements

BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering
Strong SolidWorks experience and hands-on design
5+ years in manufacturing/manufacturing engineering
Experience with contract manufacturers
Design/implement production fixtures and tooling
Familiarity with ISO 13485 / FDA QSR
