Design ductwork, piping and equipment for HVAC on assigned projects.
May supervise or provide project management in the mechanical discipline.
Calculate heating and cooling loads and energy modeling.
Prepare Revit/BIM models of HVAC systems through construction.
Review shop drawings for conformance with specs and contract documents.
Coordinate with clients and attend Owner/Architect/CA meetings focused on budget.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering; ABET preferred.
Minimum 6 years related experience.
Current US PE license preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Proficiency with Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus.
Strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
