Mechanical - Entry Level

📋 Description

• Under supervision of a licensed engineer, design HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment selection.
• Assist Plumbing and Fire Protection design as needed.
• Prepare Building Load Calculations using modeling software.
• May develop Energy Models with supervisor oversight.
• Assist in Revit/BIM modeling of HVAC drawings from schematic to construction.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance; site visits as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering required.
• Knowledge of heat transfer, solar energy, and advanced fluid dynamics for HVAC.
• Related internship experience preferred.
• EIT, LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork; ability to handle multiple projects.
• Experience with design software (Revit, Trane Trace, Trane 3D Plus) preferred.
