  • Define core cooling components: chillers, radiators, oil coolers, heat exchangers.
  • Architect cooling systems for engines, motors, batteries, lasers, and more.
  • Perform thermal load analysis, pressure drops, and heat tradeoffs.
  • Design coolant routing, hoses, fittings for rugged agricultural use.
  • Use CAD and analytical tools for thermal, structural, and vibration sim.
  • Lead thermal validation testing and field data correlation.
  • Support prototypes, field trials, and production issue resolution.
  • Act as Responsible Engineer or thermal subsystem owner with suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–15 years designing/validating automotive/agricultural thermal systems.
  • CAD (SolidWorks) and Ansys CFD or equivalent thermal tools.
  • Deep experience with radiators, oil coolers, chillers, pumps, fans.
  • Experience integrating thermal hardware into vehicles (packaging, mounting).
  • Knowledge of automotive/agricultural durability and validation testing.
  • Familiarity with supplier thermal data, test reports, maps.
  • Experience as Responsible Engineer or IPT lead preferred.
  • Willing to travel ~10% for production/field support.
  • BS+ in Mechanical Engineering or related.
