Own hardware from design through volume production and in-flight ops
Develop design criteria, collaborate on requirements, drive system optimization
Rapidly iterate designs and analysis to inform system trades and steer direction
Drive holistic DFM to reduce part count and ensure robust fabrication
Generate production drawings with GD&T and tolerance analysis
Establish lifecycle from supply chain to final integration

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM discipline
Experience with CAD or FEA software packages (professional, academic, or hobby setting)
1+ years of mechanical and/or electromechanical design and analysis
Proficiency in 3D CAD (NX preferred) and strong GD&T understanding
