Design and analyze mechanical systems for launch pads, recovery, and production tooling
Demonstrate end-to-end project ownership; coordinate the build, testing and activation of the hardware you design
Collaborate with launch operations to ensure form, function, and aesthetics meet expectations
Apply basic structural sizing, mechanisms, and design knowledge with cost and schedule awareness
Present cost and schedule trade proposals to leadership

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
1+ years using NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks (or ANSYS, ABAQUS, FEMAP)
1+ years designing, analyzing, or building mechanical structures
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred)
Project management experience in aerospace, industrial, or power generation (preferred)
Strong GD&T understanding (preferred)
