- Support testing: proof, leak, fluid flow, cryogenic, functional checks.
- Target zero defects; increase factory scrutiny as products mature.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physics or an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years mechanical design/manufacturing experience (internships ok).
- Leadership or mentorship experience and ability to communicate across levels.
- Experience with build/test development and on-time delivery of new components.
- Experience with fluid and electromechanical components (valves, actuators, regulators, sensors).
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, mechanics, materials, thermodynamics, and circuits.
