Create detailed designs and CAD models in NX for components and vehicle integration
Build finite element models to assess designs and verify vehicle needs
Apply first-order hand calculations and empirical formulas to iterate designs rapidly
Validate designs by building development articles to test joints and strength
Perform structural testing on subassemblies and airframe sections

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
1+ years of engineering experience designing, analyzing, or building structures (internships ok)
Strong ability to use data and analysis to make fast, data-driven decisions
Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
Ability to perform trade studies and make recommendations from first principles
Experience building hardware or contributing to real-world products
