Design, prototype, test, and qualify mechanical assemblies for Starlink Mobile.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on payload interfaces across satellite to PCB-level.
Partner with manufacturing teams to scale to high-volume production.
Conduct mechanical analysis from hand calcs to FEA to inform design trades.
Own execution of design, development, testing, and launch milestones.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
1+ years CAD experience (NX, CATIA, or ProE). Internship OK.
1+ years FEA experience (internships/projects OK).
2+ years in multi-disciplinary design/build projects.
Strong CAD for modeling and GD&T manufacturing drawings.
FEA experience (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN, ABAQUS).
Basic electrical fundamentals.
