Own hardware from concept to high-volume production and on-orbit operation
Develop design criteria, collaborate on requirements, drive system optimization
Rapidly iterate on designs and analysis to inform system trades
Drive DFM to reduce parts count and simplify fabrication
Establish a lifecycle from supply chain to final integration for in-house production
Perform environmental and performance testing to validate design criteria

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
Experience with CAD and FEA software
1+ year in mechanical/electromechanical design
Master’s degree in engineering (preferred)
3+ years mechanical design and analysis (preferred)
Proficient in 3D CAD (NX preferred)
