Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities for PCB production.
Lead DOE to stabilize processes and improve yields.
Develop project plans, budgets, and cost/benefit analyses for new processes or machines.
Own machine activation and testing with a small team of engineers and technicians.
Solve manufacturing issues (part quality, machine reliability, process stability).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
1+ years in fluids, mechanical or electromechanical design/analysis
Master's degree in engineering (preferred)
2+ years with complex production systems
3+ years in design and analysis
Experience transferring R&D to production
PCB manufacturing: plating, etching, CNC drilling, lamination
