Work with project engineering to ensure reliability of new/modified installations
Guide efforts to maintain critical equipment and safety/security systems
Own equipment improvement plans to maximize preventative maintenance and uptime
Define and monitor asset maintenance plans with predictive and non-destructive testing
Prepare asset documentation for mechanical design, controls, and software
Develop solutions to repetitive failures impacting plant capacity, quality, or cost

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
1+ years in an engineering role in manufacturing, reliability, or operations
Advanced degrees in engineering with reliability analysis experience
2+ years in maintenance engineering/reliability in high-volume environments
Hands-on with equipment control systems, machinery, automation
CRE/CMRP preferred; physical: standing, lifting up to 25 lbs; extended hours
