- Lead project team through MEP engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop and issue drawings and design docs for aerospace, industrial, and commercial projects.
- Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real-time.
- Coordinate with electrical utilities to ensure reliable power for site infrastructure.
- Interact with engineers, contractors, fabricators, and project stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with design or build of MEP building systems.
- This role is onsite; remote or hybrid work is not considered.
- Electrical and power distribution up to 600 Vac.
- HVAC design incl. refrigeration, chillers, boilers, air handling.
- AutoCAD/Revit – beginner to intermediate.
