🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, civil, electrical, or structural engineering
- 1+ years experience creating structural, civil, or MEP construction documents
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEP design and analysis software
- Proficiency with design and construction of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, controls systems, fire protection systems, concrete, structural framing, and industrial gas trades
- Ability to read instructions and blueprints
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
