Design ductwork, piping, and equipment for HVAC on assigned projects.
May supervise or provide project management direction within the mechanical discipline.
Calculate heating/cooling loads and design ductwork; use energy modeling software.
Create Revit/BIM models for HVAC; extend to plumbing and fire protection as needed.
Review shop drawings for compliance with specs and contract documents.
Interface with clients and project team; attend OAC meetings focused on budget.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
Current PE in the United States required.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Experience with Revit, Trane Trace, or Trane 3D Plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to effectively handle multiple projects.
