🎯 Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, tolerance analysis, and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with soft goods, injection molding, sheet metal; silicones/textiles/elastomers/plastics.
- Familiarity with second sourcing, supplier qualification, and risk mitigation; offshore partners preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills across disciplines and time zones.
