Collaborate with engineers on sustaining initiatives for quality and margin.
Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings for components.
Perform analysis: tolerance stack, manufacturability, and performance.
Write and execute test plans from concept; report results to cross-functional team.
Collaborate with PM, Ops, QA, and Industrial Design for design success.
On-site collaboration with suppliers to review parts and resolve manufacturing issues.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years mechanical design experience
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Statics, dynamics, stress analysis, and material science basics
Experience with sheet metal, injection molding, weldments, machining, casting
Proficient in one 3D MCAD package; SolidWorks preferred
Experience with test and measurement tools
