📋 Description

• Provide engineering support for facility mechanical systems incl HVAC, plumbing, cryogenics.
• Coordinate downtime between maintenance, construction, and production teams to minimize disruptions.
• Drive mechanical system improvement projects using design change requests and advanced detection methods.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues; define maintenance protocols and service schedules.
• Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts across multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, optimize, and maintain mechanical systems.
• Provide mechanical engineering support to facility technicians to troubleshoot electrical equipment and controllers.
• Oversee equipment installation, operation, and maintenance to meet parameters.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in design and maintenance of industrial HVAC/plumbing systems.
• 5+ years in designing and maintaining industrial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems.
• Clean-room design and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and IBC codes.
• AutoCAD/Revit beginner-to-intermediate.
