Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems and components to support operations.
Apply engineering principles, conduct analyses, ensure safety and customer requirements.
Collaborate with Fabrication, Assembly, Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams.
Drive innovation, product quality, and efficiency improvements.
Reports to CTO; may support cross-functional projects.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
7+ years in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Proficiency with AutoCAD/Inventor (preferred)
Experience turning P&ID drawings into engineering projects; costing
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles
