Structural design for vehicle subsystems including hydraulics, fuel, propulsion, and avionics
Perform structural and thermal analyses using hand calcs and FEA
Lead trade studies on mechanical, fluid, and avionics subsystems
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams
Own hardware development from concept through test
Present technical content in internal and cross-functional reviews

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in mechanical, aerospace, or physics
1+ years electromechanical design, analysis, testing
Hands-on prototyping and assemblies
Strong fundamentals: statics, dynamics, heat transfer, fluids
CAD (NX preferred), FEA (Ansys), PLM (Teamcenter)
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
