Be the main interface between product design and field installation teams
Identify improvement areas across design, installation, and processes
Provide technical design guidance to field design teams
Support heat pump installs with the field and operations teams
Monitor COP/SCOP data, debug issues, and log improvements
Travel to customer sites and Portadown/Belfast to work with R&D and manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

Degree in mechanical engineering or similar
5+ years designing mechanical parts for heating/cooling systems
Understanding of heat pump design and HVAC
Experience with retrofit and new build heating/cooling installs
Appreciation of smart electronic control systems for heating/cooling
