Mechanical Development Test Engineer - Satellites (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Create test stand concepts, drawings, and wiring lists
• Design/analyze structures, fluid systems, and mechanisms
• Supervise test-stand integration, fabrication, and data/control systems
• Operate test stands with high attention to detail
• Develop test requirements with flight engineering; drive campaigns to closure
• Willing to travel up to 25%, occasional heights, extended hours as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years of industry experience (co-ops/internships ok)
• Designed/analyzed mechanical structures
• Hydraulic, thermal, high-pressure, vacuum systems
• Test instrumentation: pressure transducers, thermocouples, RTDs, encoders
• NX (Unigraphics) and FEA experience
