Lead design and iteration of mechanical subsystems, including structures and actuators.
Create and maintain CAD models, assemblies, and drawings with tolerancing.
Build and test prototypes; debug issues in fit, alignment, and wear.
Develop test methods and validate performance, durability, and failure modes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical parts with sensors and controls.
Support transition from prototype to manufacturable assemblies (DFM/DFA).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years in mechanical design, robotics, or electromechanical systems.
CAD tools: NX and SolidWorks.
Familiar with machining, molding, and basic fabrication.
GD&T, engineering drawings, tolerancing practices.
Prototyping, lab work, and hardware bring-up experience.
