🎯 Requirements
- Associate or bachelor in engineering or related field + 3 years' experience; or 5 years' experience in lieu of degree
- Strong knowledge of mechanical cost estimating for various building types and systems
- Ability to use multiple software platforms
- Experience with CSI MasterFormat and UniFormat coding
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills
