Measurement Lead

📋 Description

• Serve as day-to-day measurement lead for the team.
• Surface opportunities for integrated measurement for Pinterest’s largest NA ecommerce clients.
• Independently address custom measurement questions; deploy analytical solutions.
• Communicate complex measurement concepts to technical and non-technical teams.
• Lead end-to-end measurement initiatives; manage milestones and insights.
• Develop scalable AI analytical workflows for ecommerce questions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of digital ads measurement experience.
• 3+ years managing complex projects and mentoring teams.
• Experience with ecommerce advertisers and complex client relationships.
• Proven ability to apply strategic measurement for growth via test-and-learn.
• Expertise in multi-touch attribution, site analytics, geo-based testing, and MMM.
• Experience using SQL and Python notebooks for analytics.
