We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Operations Associate, Content to support MDCalc’s Clinical Content team.
This role will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the rest of MDCalc’s teams to design, develop, and launch new and innovative content and tools for clinical users.
This is a critical role to help further MDCalc’s value, as well as contribute to MDCalc’s expanded success in continuing to support our millions of clinical users worldwide in taking care of hundreds of millions of patients.
The responsibilities of this individual include the following, but are not limited to:
Assist in managing the content pipeline and enhancing existing content to ensure high quality
Aid in building better processes and optimizing existing ones for content development and management
Work with various internal and external stakeholders to produce,launch, and monitor analytics for new content
Collaborate in a matrix environment to obtain buy-in and manage projects from inception to completion
You will communicate on regular basis with clinicians and senior management
Startup, consulting, and/or healthcare experience preferred
Proficient in the use of the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Proficient in Python, or other coding language, with the willingness and eagerness to learn Javascript
Skilled at analyzing research papers, synthesizing key insights, and simplifying complex information for broader understanding.
Proven ability as a hands-on team player, willing to take on tasks of any size.
Outstanding ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to uncover insights and craft the narrative behind the numbers.
Passion for the healthcare industry and how that relates to innovation and technology
Works well independently, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized
Great communication skills, both in writing and speaking
The national base salary band for this role is $70,000–$85,000. Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, and qualifications. This is just one part of our total rewards package, which also includes equity, benefits, and perks. Compensation ranges may be updated over time.
