We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Operations Analyst to join our team remotely!Position Overview: This role reports to the Controller and interfaces with multiple parts of the business. Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various departments, including finance, people operations, and sales. The primary focus will be on enhancing overall operational efficiency, with an emphasis on sales enablement, finance support, and people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

General Business Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Be available to contribute to additional business operations functions as needed.

Finance Support:

  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis during high-demand periods (month/quarter/year-end).
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data and maintain proactive tax reporting and compliance.
  • Support in additional ad hoc finance tasks.

Sales Enablement:

  • Manage Sales team account lists, ensuring a clean CRM that feeds into an efficient outbound sales motion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to streamline sales cycles.

People Operations Support:

  • Provide support in various People Ops tasks including annual company-wide event planning, ongoing recruiting efforts, and resource development.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of People Ops policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the People Ops team to address employee inquiries.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 of US GAAP, financial statement generation, and reporting
    • A plus: Coursework through at least intermediate accounting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle variable workloads.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
  • Experience with tools including accounting ERP, sales enablement and intelligence, or HRIS platforms a plus
  • Ability to identify challenges and develop/find solutions

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 Years of experience in consulting, public accounting, business operations, sales enablement, and/or finance.

Role Progression:

As our Business Operations Analyst, you’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and will be able to make an impact on a fast-growing business. Because of the multiple touch points, this role can either continue in general business operations or specialize in a functional area.
