🎯 Requirements

MBA student, Spring 2027 graduation
3-5 years in management consulting, IB, strategy, ops, or related
Strong ability to define and break down ambiguous problems
Excellent written and verbal communication; synthesize insights
Willing to roll up sleeves and do hands-on work
Prior enterprise software experience preferred
Prior SQL experience preferred
