Role OverviewEvery month ,several thousand alumni complete a Maven course, which are designed and taught by real-world professionals, in an interactive cohort across a few weeks. This is not education for the sake of it, it’s skill development for a tangible professional purpose.
Professionals look to Maven, and our instructors, for trusted, cutting edge signal on what skills matter in their field. 40%+ open our emails every week to help them keep up. Every few weeks they take our Lightning Lessons to better understand how their stakeholders think, or what excellence looks like. And when they want to confidently face a critical transition moment in their career, from up-skilling in AI to breaking into the C-suite, they enroll in a Maven course.
As our Full Stack Marketing Lead: Content & Lifecycle, you’ll work cross functionally to lead the marketing actions that engage and enrich the user consideration journey towards course purchase.
You’ll deeply understand what motivates ambitious professionals to buy a Maven course, build narratives that make enrolling feel exciting and inevitable, and activate a range of tactics to drive mid-funnel frequency, engagement and ultimately conversion to purchase.
This is a full-stack, high-impact role ideal for a senior operator who can both zoom out to buyer psychology, and zoom in to craft a sharp email or execute an exciting brand activation moment.
Today, student demand for AI courses is significant. The market wants to learn this transformative new technology, and Maven has the best instructors, teaching in the most practical, applied and empowering courses. But the market has a problem: the AI hype is real, and the noise, overwhelming. People can’t tell what matters, who’s credible, and what’s worth their time.
Maven’s trusted brand can offer a solution, and we see an opportunity to make a significant investment into our mid-funnel channels, which offer useful content, and help people discover our credible instructors.
We’ve got solid channel traction across email, Lightning Lessons and a small number of exclusive affiliate partnerships, and now we’re looking for a creative operator to take them to the next level with an extraordinary mix of operational excellence, CRM expertise, and editorial taste. Is this you?
