What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the Product team's performance, driving and tracking execution against strategic goals, OKRs, and priorities.
  • Build and maintain the operational heartbeat of the Product organisation, including defining planning cadences, leadership team rhythms, and essential communication flows.
  • Own all Project and Programme Management frameworks, including processes, methodologies, and tools to improve execution, and drive operational efficiency and project delivery at scale.
  • Direct the preparation and facilitation of leadership offsites, quarterly planning sessions, and strategic reviews.
  • Oversee multiple major projects and programmes with complex interdependencies, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proposing data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with executive and senior-level stakeholders to align strategies, gain support for project delivery, and provide clear operational reporting.
  • Act as a culture champion, fostering collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement, and leading a small team to embed strong operational and project management disciplines across the organisation.
  • What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in a Chief of Staff, Product Operations, Strategy, or Programme Management leadership role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven success in establishing and/or leading a Project/Programme Management function, including defining frameworks, processes, and governance.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimise operational frameworks for product or technology teams.
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles with the ability to support technical delivery.
  • Exceptional written communication and narrative development, with high proficiency in creating executive-ready presentations and dashboards.
  • High Emotional Intelligence and the ability to foster collaboration, champion culture, and influence diverse teams.
