Product Manager, Customer Experience Platform

We are looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to own the customer experience platform. This is a critical role that directly impacts our company's growth by shaping the online experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for the user journey from start to finish, from getting an initial quote and purchasing a policy to managing their account online.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product backlog for the customer-facing online platform and deliver on a clear, prioritized roadmap.
  • Partner with a dedicated engineering team, designers, and key stakeholders to ship features that improve the customer journey, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue.
  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
  • Execute A/B tests and analyze data to validate product decisions and measure the impact of new features.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and effective customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, identify bugs and issues, and drive quick resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform day-to-day decisions and keep Matic's products relevant.
Requirements
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful consumer-facing products.
  • You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong bias for action and a focus on execution.
  • You have a deep understanding of user experience principles and a passion for creating intuitive, delightful products.
  • You're highly analytical and comfortable with using data to inform your decisions.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in the insurance or fintech industries is a plus, but not required.
